So that’s it, my top ten! I loved every part of it. Unfortunately, I must warn my fellow darker hue travelers that this is a country with a violent and dark history of apartheid that took 4 years from 1990 to 1994 to abolish. My group consisted of 4 black women and we were definitely made to feel unwelcomed in some parts during our stay, I’m looking at you Cape Town…. I did not include this in my top ten points but I couldn’t omit it from my article, it’s another story for another day.
